Extreme Kindness

Erik's Journal

Date: November 7th 2002.

Geography: Odell Park in Fredericton.

Point form day: Woke up in Odell Park -had a meeting at the local radio station -went for a walk in the freshly fallen snow -had snowball fights and rolled jagnormas snowballs -met Dorothy and Erica and checked into the hotel -had a staff rally -got the oil changed in the RV -Dorothy's surprise -worked -went to bed.

Highlight of the day: Dorothy's surprise. This wonderful woman hooked us up with free massages. She had me fooled until the last minute. All she said was that she had something arranged that take any energy. We are constantly sleeping in different locations and at least one of us had some sort of a stiff neck. The massage was pure bliss. Wow, I couldn't believe it!

Most inspiring moment: 1st snowball fight of the season! Walking through the woods and snow. We walked in this beautiful forest for about an hour knocking the snow off trees and talking about back home.

Shout outs: Dorothy and Erica.
