Extreme Kindness

Date: November 6th 2002.

Geography: Canada. In a tilled field. (I turned off the highway last night in the middle of the night and fell asleep in a random farmers field somewhere between Quebec City and Fredericton.

Point form day: Up at 11:30 (Why the late start? We went to bed at 3:00 last night and we also passed through a time zone.)- traveled -arrived in Fredericton -headed to the YMCA for a workout -spent about an hour deciding what movie to rent -BBQed some dinner in a local park.

Highlight of the day: Dozing in the morning and not being able to figure out where we were for about an hour, partially because I didn't really care. It was a pleasant sleep in.

Most inspiring moment: Hmmmmmmm……. Traveling I guess.

Shout outs: Thanks to the Y for hooking us up.

Classic quote: "Lets get The Heist!"-Kelly, on movie selection.

My crux: Being too tired to do all things I want to.

Physically speaking: Great. Rested and exercised. Perhaps a little sore from Kung Fu in Quebec City.

Mental stimulation: I'll take one.

Big laughs: Trying to decide on one movie to rent with 7 guys.
