Extreme Kindness

Geography: London Ont.

Point form day: Awoke and had such a big breakfast -Said goodbye to our family in London- left to go to Western University to meet some students who wanted to do RAK with us -hiked through the student residence and cleaned up Sanjee's room -Drove the girls across town -went to dinner with the CEO of Colombia Canada Doug and his family -left for Sarnia -met Rod Brown in Sarnia -worked -went bed at 2:00am

Highlight of the day: Cleaning Sanjee's room. It was so cool to be back in a university setting again. We cleaned what once was a pigsty into a decorated and organized living space. It felt like 'Trading Spaces', Sanjee was stoked. We all had some excellent laughs.

Most inspiring moment: Connecting with everyone at the school.

Shout outs: Shoshanna, Alana, Erin, Sanjee, you are great people. Thanks to Betsy for believing in our ideas and making something great happen. Doug, thanks for the great happenings. Rod Brown, you're a hero.

Classic quote: "Stay in school it will help you speak good English"- Val to Doug's son trying to encourage him to pursue continued education in English.

My crux: Staying awake. I had to give up the wheel, I almost fell asleep....again. (Don't worry Mom I haven't fallen asleep on the tour while driving.

Physically speaking: Sore.

Mental stimulation: Trying to find Western University. Collectively some serious
Big laughs: Listening to Josh at breakfast. Josh is an ER doctor and we were talking about some of the bizarre things he has seen. If you ever meet Josh ask him why they need to keep plaster on hand in the ER.

When I finished writing this I was: Listening to Rachmaninoff. Lovin' it.
