Geography: Sault Ste Marie.

Point form day: Up early -Sick, sick, sick, sick -Bed early.

Highlight of the day: Going back to bed.

Most inspiring moment: Getting some medicine from High on Health.

Shout outs: Wayne from High in Health. Amber Cooper for making good things happen. Mike Quinn, you have great energy. Laura, nice to meet you. Keep being an artist.

Classic Quote: "I'm gonna revert back to being goofy, funny Brad. Being serious accounting Brad is no fun." -Brad in the lobby of the hotel stretched out like a cat on a couch in the morning sun.

My Crux: Not getting all the things done I'd like to. I get hassled from people back home who I can't call as often as they would like because I am busy beyond belief. I don't even have time to do the things I want to do in each town. I can't do it all. Trust me people on the west coast, I want to keep you informed and up to date, you are the people who are the most important to me. Please be patient.

Physically Speaking: Don't ask. I am pretty sure I have the flu. I feel emotional. Boo Hoo.

Mental Stimulation: I'm learning more about natural medicine.

Big Coughs: Yep all day and throughout the night.
