Extreme Kindness

Date: November 2nd 2002.

Geography: Leaving Montreal.

Point form day: Up early -wrap up meeting -departure for QC -stopped for a pee break and snowball fight -arrive in QC -had a meeting with the staff -Chris and I went for a run around the city had dinner -went out to night club went to bed early.

Highlight of the day: The run around the City. Chris and I went exploring around the snow-dusted streets of Old Quebec. Too good.

Most inspiring moment: The run along the cliffs of old Quebec City.
Shout outs: All the Grimsruds. Elke I am still sleeping on that blanket. Thanks. Bren, you are wonderful.
Classic quote: "Is that the Circ du Solie?"-Brad crossing the St Laurence and looking down on an amusement park.

My crux: Feeling melancholy.

Physically speaking: Felt like I could run for hours. I am alive.

Mental stimulation: Speaking and understanding French.

Big laughs: We tried to kick Jonny out of the RV on the way out of town. He was missing his girl so we stopped the RV and kicked him out. Bags and all. (we let him back it)

When I finished writing this I was: Listening to people wag their chops. Bla Bla Bla.
