Extreme Kindness

Geography: Sarnia, Ontario, (which is, for your information, further south than northern California)

Point form day: Up at 9:00 -went to the local newspaper and had an interview -went to a rotary lunch and presented what we were doing (here we met a half dozen Rotarians from New Zealand and Australia who loved my Otago rugby jersey. They were stoked to find out that the Otago rugby club in New Zealand had a sister city in Canada.) -went to the Sarnia city council meeting and challenged the Mayor to commit RAK with us -went to the YMCA and worked out.

Highlight of the day: The work out at the YMCA was much needed. It felt fantastic.

Most inspiring moment: The interview at the Observer. We explored a lot of different points and answered the questions in very comprehensive detail. It really gets me stoked to hear the rest of the crew speak. We are becoming progressively better speakers. I love that.

Shout outs: Rod Brown. Thank you for believing in us. I am glad we could finally make it to Sarnia.

My crux: No real issues.

Physically speaking: Good, however I think I pulled a small muscle in my back while lifting weights.

Mental stimulation: Just talking about the philosophies behind what we are doing.

Big laughs: When Val was dipping broccoli in three day old, warm, blueberry, yogurt and then began to complain because his lips were burning. Chris and I were busting a gut.
