Geography: Good morning Winnipeg.

Point form day: Up at 7:00am –off to “The big breakfast show” to do an interview –back to the Radisson in downtown Winnipeg –did RAK with hotel staff –hopped to the Holy Trinity Church and served lunch –dropped non perisable food items to Winnipeg Harvest and got to drive a fork lift for the first time –Salvation Army for donation of plates, toys and cloths. –Went the Osborne Village and held a kindness protest with CTV, CBC, and RDI –went for a run to the fork the Assiniboine and the Red River – worked out –had another wonderful dinner –Went to my room, fell asleep in all my cloths at 9:00pm (woke up at 4:00am brushed my teeth, turned off all the lights and went back to bed)

Highlight of the day: Having Charlie, a homeless guy, join the crew and get really excited about what we were doing. He followed us around for the whole day and enthusiastically involved himself in whatever we were doing. We were filming with the French CBC and have not one that can really speak French. This was a minor problem so at one point Charlie piped up and gave a heartfelt interview totally in French.

Most inspiring moment: Escorting and old lady named Olga across the street. I don't think she even knew what we were doing but she grabbed my arm and we strolled across the street. We talked about dimples, the weather, and Ukranian Music.

Shout outs: Charlie/Charles, thank you we could not have asked for a better supporter.
All the reporters who came out today, you all seemed to what to get the real story.

Classic Quote: “Come here now, I'm going to give you a kiss on the cheek.” –Olga an elderly woman to me after I had escorted her across the street.

My Crux: The hectic pace we set.
Physically Speaking: Quite obviously tired. I also pulled my fingernail back holding the elevator for a woman in the hotel. All in all my body feels soooo good.

Mental Stimulation: Still reading, every now and then.

Big Laughs: I was hustling to get going this morning and eating grapes as I walked down the hall. I fumbled and dropped the grape that I was just about to eat. Some how I managed to kick the grape directly back up into my hand before it hit the ground. Val saw it, we laughed.

When I finished writing this I was: Ready for work.
