Erik's Journal
Date: November 4th 2002.
Geography: Quebec City.
Point form day: Up -ate -volunteered at a food bank -lunch -meeting -work -Kung Fu class -winter wonderland walk through the old city with Brad -bed.
Highlight of the day: The walk with Brad. It was like being in Ole London. Snowy and wonderful.
Most inspiring moment: Yelling in French as I did Kung Fu kicks.
Shout outs: Marie, you totally rule. Thanks for giving us the local insight.
Classic quote: "Hey, you guys you know what I just realized? I don't have a cape for underwear...He he he he he It's kind of hard to explain."- Val, talking in his sleep.
My crux: Heartache.
Physically speaking: I got rocked at the Kung Fu class. I think it was good for me.
Mental stimulation: A little.
Big laughs: Brad and I always have big laughs.
When I finished writing this I was: Listening to Brad snore.
