There are defiantly times when we need to recycle our attitudes towards certain issues.
“If you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you’ve always got”.
That saying can be applied to your views. Being open to changing what you believe and engaging yourself in situations that can modify your views can be very refreshing and personally gratifying.

I’ve always liked the idea that things can “rub off on you”. So if I feel I’m lacking in say kindness then I’ll seek out people who are kindness experts and learn from them or spend more time in their presence. If you find yourself in a rut seeking out what you are lacking or weak in and consciously infusing it into your life is so powerful.

Is person is usually excellent in a few areas, not every area. So to learn and absorb the good of others is an essential tool for development and attitude shifting.

Cheers.
